Fausta, wife of Constantine I (The Great). 326-328 AD. AE3 (20 mm, 3.42 g). FLAV MAX FAVSTA AVG, diademed bust right, wearing necklace / SPES REIPVBLICAE, Salus standing left, holding two children to her breast, SMTSG in ex. This coin was recovered from a large group that went missing from a package shipped to us. It was eventually discovered that it was sold by the US Postal Service at an auction and because of the hard work of the Postal Inspector assigned to the case and an honest "auction winner" most of the coins were recovered.. .
